How to ship us your source
Ship to our Concord shop. Before you pack it:
- Blow down and seal the water lines so they don't leak in transit.
- Include the coil and the emitter.
- Include a list of the materials evaporated in the crucible — our technicians need it to handle your source safely.
- Pack it solid. These are heavy units and carriers are rough on them: use a sturdy box or crate with heavy foam padding that holds the source snug. No foam peanuts, no bubble wrap — light packing means shipping damage.
